A forecast, not a promise
Growers use these ranges to plan — but a grower’s judgment overrides the model every time. We plant to the high end of the range for staples so no one is turned away, and eat the surplus into the compost loop.
New hubs have thin history, so their ranges are wide and honest about it. The model never sees who orders — only how many.
