  • Your pickup site and window are on that receipt too.

Cancel membership

No calls, no hoops. Canceling stops future charges; your current cycle runs through its last harvest, and unused Root Credits stay redeemable for 12 months.

A smaller share may suit better — change it above, and it takes effect at your next renewal. Skipping a single week keeps the membership and turns that week into credit.
