Cancelling, pausing or changing

Write to us and a person does it — and writes back to confirm.

Self-service cancelling works now, and it lives in your member portal — alongside changing your share and skipping a week. This page stays for what the portal cannot yet do.

Cancel, change your share or skip a week in the member portal — no reason required, and nobody will try to talk you out of it. For a pause, or to move your pickup site, email us and a person will do it.

Nothing is cancelled until we reply saying it is. If your renewal is close, say so and we will stop it before it charges. You can also cancel the payment directly through the Stripe receipt in your inbox.

This page used to run a cancellation flow that ended in a confirmation screen. It was never connected to anything — no cancellation was ever recorded. If you used it and believe you cancelled, write to the address above and we will sort it out, including anything charged since.

Cancel membership

Here's exactly what happens.

Cancelling stops future recurring charges. Unless a refund is approved, you may continue receiving any remaining harvests already paid for during your current 28-day cycle. You will receive written confirmation after cancellation.

Prefer not to do this online? Email admin@rootlife.ag or call 860-751-2634 — a voicemail that clearly asks to cancel is processed within one business day. No particular wording is required.
