Nothing Is Scheduled

This page used to publish a release schedule for songs that had not been recorded. That was a promise the archive could not keep, so it is gone. Twenty-nine songs exist and all twenty-nine are above. When a real recording is booked, it will appear here — and not before.

Keyed to the crops

Seventeen of the twenty-nine songs are about one specific crop, and each one is linked from that crop’s written biography and from the recipes that use it. Four are about plants Root Life does not grow — moringa, okra, fennel and dill — and those link to no crop page, because there is no honest page to link them to.

AI-generated, and disclosed

Every song was generated with Suno and directed by Native Praxis, and each one says so on its own page rather than only here. Root Life claims copyright in the human-authored parts — title, artwork, writing, curation, sequencing — and not in the AI-generated composition or performance. If you know who made these, that is the fix.
